SIMPLE TIPS FOR CLEAR SKIN

Do you often have breakouts on your skin that results in scarring and dark spots? Well here are a few simple tips that can be incorporated in your daily routine that will help in providing you with clear skin!

1. HYDRATE YOUR SKIN BOTH INSIDE AND OUT

Something as simple as drinking  8 glasses of water a day makes a significant  difference to your skin as water flushes out the toxins in your body that cause acne and dry flaky skin due to dehydration.  Also using products that hydrating formulas such as moisturisers and cleansers will help give your skin a supple and dewy look!

2. USE THE APPROPRIATE CLEANSER BASED ON YOUR SKIN TYPE

Knowing your skin type and accommodating your products to the skin type you have is very important. Often many people are unaware on the importance of finding a suitable cleanser based on how the skin reacts to the environment around us. 3. LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS ON YOUR SKIN
