Will My Melasma Ever Go Away?

Acids, skin brightening agents and sunblock my friend, you’re welcome.

Scars, Pigmentation or Melasma

Why Melasma & Pigmentation?

  • Melasma and pigmentation are usually caused by sun exposures, hormonal imbalances, and dietary sugar intake.
  • Fun fact: Research has found that changes in hormones due to hormone disruptors in our day-to-day products, can cause hormonal imbalances which may cause hyperpigmentation, melasma, and acne.

How To Treat?

  • Topical treatment of melasma requires a slightly more aggressive routine such as AHA peels or AHA cleansers or serums. The 3 Step-skincare routine consists of an acid based red clay cleanser, an acid based hyaluronic acid serum and a peptide boosting and brightening balm, all targeted to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation.
  • Tip: It is important to apply sunblock on your skin 3-4 times a day, to protect your skin from further sun damage.

A 3 step process for the ultimate glass skin:

Please take note that this is a nightly skincare routine. We highly recommend to use the serum and balm at night and to only cleanse the skin once a day. Reducing the amount of time you cleanse your skin in a day, will prevent premature-ageing.

✅  Cleanse your skin with the Superfine Brightening Clay Cleanser.

✅  Pat the Super Hyaluronic Glow serum onto damp skin

✅  Apply or massage a 5p size amount of the Overnight glass skin balm. Apply daily or alternatively use the balm once a week as a method of slugging your skin, giving it extreme hydration + barrier fixing abilities.
